thomas s. browder, dds, fagd

If you’re looking for a home-grown Davie County native as your dentist, you need look no further than Dr. Browder.  With at least five generations hailing from within 10 miles of his office, Dr. Browder knows Davie County.  His formal education started at Shady Grove Elementary and then on to Davie High School.  Since there were cows to tend to, there was no time to go far off for college and so Wake Forest University was his home for four years which was followed by The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.

Following a successful practice experience in Taylorsville, NC,  Dr. Browder retreated to more familiar territory and established his current practice in Advance where he has practiced for ten years so far.  Dr. Browder maintains memberships in all major dental organizations and is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.  He has completed the entire post-graduate dental continuum at The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL, one of the world’s leading dental continuing education forums.  He is an adjunct faculty member at the UNC-CH School of Dentistry and is involved with The Dental Foundation where he established the Dr. James B. Hancock Memorial Scholarship honoring his good friend and mentor.

“Dentistry has been extremely good to me and I don’t take the confidence that my patients have placed in me lightly.  My entire team and I work very hard to provide the absolute best experience possible for each and every patient.  From the first phone call you make to the end of each visit, we are prepared to handle most every need that you could possibly have.  From the mental preparedness that is required to run a successful practice to the deeply instilled (Davie County) value system that drives us to provide nothing short of clinical excellence on every single procedure that we do, I can guarantee you that the experience and product that we deliver is second to none.  The finest dentistry for the finest patients!!”

Dr. Browder maintains strong ties in the Advance and Davie County communities. He and his wife Deana have two wonderful children, Sydney and Hart, and a floppy-eared mutt Barker Foo.
